Definitely more economic REE plays with a lower market cap than taking a punt at MEU just for a nearology play. Saprolite zone clays are generally pretty expensive to dig up, let alone taking into account the amount of tonnage to have this economic would be larger than MEU tenements alone.
The gold and uranium tenements look okay though.
