Shouldn't the Board have taken the Vote first and then proceed based on the outcome rather than incur costs to date of $135 Million and growing on a failing Demerger.
Also, besides the Board's pitiful performance to date , take a look at the bonuses and incentives they have assigned to themselves under the Demerger - it's obscene.
