Dear George,We are writing to provide you with an update regarding the AMP Super Class Action. You are receiving this email because you have registered your interest in this class action.
Where is the case up to?At the time of our last update in February 2022, our work was focused on reviewing approximately 40,000 potentially relevant documents produced by the respondents. We are pleased to advise that our team have now reviewed a significant proportion of these documents.
The documents we have reviewed to date have resulted in significant evidentiary analysis work. As a result of this work, we are now working on amendments to our pleadings (the key court documents which set out our claim).What is the case about?The AMP Super Class Action primarily alleges that AMP charged excessive administration or other fees to members of certain AMP superannuation funds.
