I had made the decision to exit by EOFY to use tax losses. I expected an offer so have been holding off. My capital is better off elsewhere .
We are now trading again.
I do wonder why not just announce a takeover offer rather then accumulating stock and then having announcements go out to the market? Surely BGH/Sixth could have picked this up much cheaper that way?
