When legislation makes sense, competent oppositions will support it, otherwise they look like idiots when people look at their voting record, and opposition members get voted out.
Competent oppositions only vote against legislation if they can find a way to make it controversial and justify their position. Otherwise they just look like mindless wreckers.
Again, not surprised the latter is the strategy you want to take in your current state of mindless rage.
