the Carbon Tax was believed by Labor to be in the best interests of the nation. They have since been shown to have been more right than wrong.
Sadly the Lnp have not offered anything in their 9 years other than a 2050 target which a senior Nat member recently said was dead and buried.
The Lnp have been nothing less than criminal in their avoidance of this issue, and the ongoing support of the fossil fuel players is blatantly obvious. Add that as one of the main reasons they got belted.
