I think people are letting greed get to them. The assumption is that LFS is so desperate for Hum that a no vote will see them crawling back for a higher bid. If it doesn’t happen you could find AA managing to get people together to take it private at sub $1 a much worse deal than the current one. Especially if the share price drops to 40c based on the deal collapsing.
I am voting yes - if the big guys can convince LFS to sweeten the deal, great, if not I will take the only one around. Still backing John Wylei’s judgement on this.
