This situation smells like another non event like the last 'incident'.
The last time bill was very downbeat about the situation when a group of machine gun toting kids basically walked into town 6mths back. Basically because in the Congo there are wandering armed groups everywhere, it is wild west territory, and evacuation of the mine is part of there standard operating procedure as a safety precaution.
The army is called upon to sort the situation out which it does.
As like last time this appears to be another wandering armed group that have walked into town. Hopefully they will be driven off like last time and that will be that.
What a day though, we can certainly do without such volitility! Huge volume so someones happy to scoop them up.
