Dude, it's the NWS you can't compare it to a greenfield exploration people think will ruin their harbor views. I'm not saying your concerns are completely unwarranted, there are projects I'd be more cautious about, especially dirtier energy or the BS against fracking. I'm not saying you're completely wrong to worry in general about the sector I just think it's unfounded here given the resource type, already developed location and the commitment to gas as an intermediary fuel.
