US launch looking less likely as the days transpire.
They can't secure funding.
Good luck watching the dilution for the next 12 months or so. It seems like a possibility that a monkey could have raised capital for Openpay at greater 1/8 of the previous raise. Management should take a deep look at their achievements before rewarding themselves at the expense of shareholders.
