Sorry, i meant wouldn't the real value of a company be used? Go for a loan one day, they ok it. Next day trillions wiped of global stock markets. Oops sorry we made a mistake, no money for you.
And then u have multi billion dollar companies with no revenue. Would you lend them money?
No thats why they can't get finance and need CR's to keep on keepin on.
