I don't think it's nervous nellies. We're mostly just washing through the shares from the sophs. Sure, they haven't received their shares yet but if they already hold, they've still got shares to sell in anticipation of them being replaced in a couple of days. Add in traders who take advantage of volume and volatility around CRs.
