The part I honestly don't understand. Why not Trade Halt, and release the PFS and do the Cap Raise at the same time? The CR price would then be ~24c.
That would have reduced the additional SOI from ~1billion, to instead ~750m raising the same $190m.
I don't like to believe conspiracy sh!t, but I can't make sense of this from SYA management perspective without subscribing to some sort of conspiracy... can anyone enlighten me otherwise?
