If there is an iceberg coming as you said it is their responsibility to announce to the market asap otherwise they are withholding sensitive information and selling now incriminates them severely. They would then be investigated for insider trading and the shareholders would be able to sue the directors particularly AP with the ramping and very positive personal views he has expressed in the various recent announcements.
Secondly the share-price would have tanked this morning however nearly $1 million worth of shares have been traded.
