With the developing implosion of Ken's folly, MCT shareholders can be very well assured that ASIC is well aware of NME's antics. Any underwriter would have to be confident of such awareness, and the immediate prospects for MCT. Only a matter of proper corporate diligence being undertaken by our Board, with proper corporate governance from ASIC, will ensure the TO will be successful. Only a matter of time. GLTAH
