capex overestimate

What a lazy attempt at a report that was.


It rightfully draws attention to BEE issues. It would be nice to see where the Namibian gov. is at in its process with this. I'll look into it.

Otherwise, what a load of. well, yknow. I mean, fair enough throw on the $100 million for the desal plant.

But $150 million for the heap leach project?! That won't happen until much later in the project life an will be paid for internally out of profits. It has no business being modelled in with the RS project capex. I guess the good part of this kind of dim witted analyst thinking is that when the actual DFS comes out and the capex is lower than their projetions the price should boom, that is, if were not bought out yet.

There's some other silliness going on in there but that's the main point.
