    The portfolio was making enough money to keep going and expenses are down. There is no reason why it cannot continue as is. As far as the pref's. Their interest rate goes up in 2023, but not really much more than the predicted feds raises, so not unreasonable either. As a pref holder, would love to just keep ticking along at 10% payment. Certainly hope they won't convert. Anyone know if there are any costs associated with this? Any restrictions? (besides the 205 share limit)
