I know a person who works in one of their K-Mart distribution warehouses as a permanent part time employee. He gets $30+ and hour and in addition gets WES shares and a 5% discount on Bunnings, Officeworks, and K-Mart purchases. So I think they look after their staff in the financial sense, so I'm happy to own shares in a company who are fair to their staff. If Bunning's pay levels are low I'd suggest they see if they can move to a K-Mart warehouse.
