Can you definitively state why?

I suppose one could reason is that uncertainty is never good, but if certainty comes from this suspension it will dispose of most of the sovereign risk and indicate a whole new world for business in DRC.

Do you really see no benefits to this suspension also, 160mil (5% of register) are sitting on shorts (presumably in the green) and paying interest? I don't know about you, but shorting terrifies me. Especially a stock with so much upside.

To me a suspension is a slightly bad situation, but I really don't see the catastrophe that you seem to.
