I think many investers have cash on the side. I have ffx but there is limit of how much african miners I want in my portfolio as percentage. Look at AVZ (yes I own some)

I also have cash but took up only partial of my rights.

But it depends on individual risk appetitie and investing method. I have 50% bluechips and 50% in numerous ESG miners as my conviction is strong.

I have seen some people who are 90% lithium in two companies lol. I too have these two but that is way too much risk for me.
