You are right - everything is going up (credit, credit and more credit)... people like me - we trade in and out of that ! Thus we last for a while ! Even though I am a massive bear !
Do you have an inkling just how much Aussie bk's borrow from overseas ? Do you realise how much gov'ts from around the world are going to issue debt going forward ? Do you realise that hedging costs for forex AUD/USD swaps are going to levels not seen for a long time (e.g. our bk's are borrowing hugely from overseas !)
All the brokers and fund mgrs will push the mkt until it is too obvious that what they are saying is bull - that is how they get their bonuses increased - it is simple .. we will keep pumping while the funds are nearly free .. but, while we all make money of this now, our kids are in deep trouble ... do you honestly believe that certain gov'ts can pay back what they owe while maintaining tax/wlfare/health etc levels ... ?
