Voted No. I don't agree with a lot of what MCB stands for, but why would I want to see two management teams looking after my shareholder value when the current one has done so miserably. If there is a talented second management team available perhaps they could replace the current team. And, as others have mentioned, what would be good for Accel would surely be good for AGL.
