Which Chris, Gernot and Kate all were paid in equity instead of cash and was at 0.6c was the deemed price so they saw greater value than at 0.6c given they took equity when the SP was there but even still they would have to be fully behind to do so and further the shares they got are worth ~50% so there is plenty of motivation on the financial side as well.
