Did Russia know there was kids in there before firing? Did Ukraine people there know it was about to be shelled? Was there shelling happening prior? Did they evacuate children from the war zone? Why did or didn't they evacuate children from the war zone?
It's a war zone right? People already clued on to this? In a war zone evacuate the children and civilians because otherwise there will be collateral damage? Anyone disagree?
