YES, indeed and your scenario/theory is a valid view and would not be surprised if its a combination of what we have listed.
Just on that though re index funds offloading IMU on the rebalance in a few weeks on 17/6
My understanding is that its not a must sell situation for the index funds,? they can still hold the stock but because it will (hypothetically ) fall out of the ASX 200, index funds will not be able to BUY...??
