There are more shares issued to BHP on Tuesday( 914mill). Only on 2nd of June those shares will be issued to bhp shareholders. Some bhp shareholders will sell specially south African holders because they are not allowed. They will be share sale of $1.4 billion worth of WDS. I think worst is over. This is not a capital rise so there is no dilution. WDS is getting cash plus highly profitable oil wells. Only issue is liabilities down the track when these wells stop producing.
