Bottom line is by the time IMU is allowed to have a crack at these patients they are pretty much rooted .
U just dont know what all the tried and failed medications ...radiations....chemo ....what ever has done to them .
A bit like trying to cut timber into fine slats after someone has had a go with a chain saw .
