I don't see a valid point at all. His thesis seems to be voluntary suspension equals death sentence. He has provided no evidence to support this. LKE went into suspension in Feb, came back, now up.

In my view it is a completely agnostic position to be in that is irrelevant to our current position. There are obviously vested interests in diluting AVZs standing and the ASX agreed to the suspension till this matter is cleared. If the result is good, the suspension is a benefit. If result is bad, suspension just delays what would have happened anyway.
