We are all looking for capital gain on LVT - not dividends. Dividends are not worth the paper they are written on unless you are happy with 1-2% return and 3 if your lucky. So every cent LVT goes up I reap $24K at the moment and if I invest another $100,000 at 6.1c it will increase by $16k to $40k for each cent LVT goes up. It only has to go up a few cents for me to break even. The business isnt going broke so please make a sensible comment and dont waste my time clicking on your posts.
