They acquired 20 million in sept 2019 and further 1.625 million later via investing in KWR. I think they are sitting at 37 million (17.8%) as per last annual report. I presume that the rest would be via placement and at market. The can’t exceed more than 19.9% which leaves them with another 5.1 million (2.1%) more to buy to achieve 19.9%
on an assumption that they didn’t sell any.
