Ken would probably be one of the best people to move the company forward, however:

a) He’s made so much from PLS he could comfortably retire and may not want to work again.

b) If he does want a new challenge, with all due respect to CXO, he is probably eyeing up a bigger role rather than winding back the clock and repeating his feats at PLS, with CXO.

c) He has a chequered history career wise. Some major fails along the way. Blind Freddie could have made a success of Pilbara Minerals once their finance issues were resolved. And who’s to know that was even his doing?

I’d like to see someone come in who has a successful history of developing mines from scratch. Someone who has been through the tough starting phases and brought companies into full production capacity. Someone who knows the lithium sector inside out and backwards. We need to pay top dollar but it would be worth every cent.
