I will be very annoyed if that is that case.

I am an existing shareholder who supported this and the last capital raising, and oversubscribed weeks in advance (when other shareholders were choosing to buy on market rather than take up their entitlements). This also means my oversubscription cash is sitting with them, not at my disposal.
Now if I don't get my full allocation because the company choose to prioritise giving shares to 'outsiders' under the shortfall offer, I'll be ropable.
