Melburnian, that has been a tactic of some Chinese, not all who have tied up a lot of resource companies and let the price water down until they get the nod from higher authority it seems, so they can scoop control. They operate on a longer time frame and there is a lot we can learn from their strategies. Authorities have been asleep at the wheel with overseas ownership and buying the farm IMO. Long game here too.
