flew with jetstar to bali last week,after a few hours the a crew person came past with the food and drinks trolley. She ask me if i wanted to buy some food or drink. As said 'are you market seller' Flightcentre failed to tell me that in my $900 return ticket no food or drink was included. Maybe a courtesy cup of coffee and a bickie would have created some good will. Instead a small bottle of water,lays on your seat when you enter the plane. Very poor!!
