Robo can I just say a big thanks for providing such a concise review.

I think the re-rate in the medium term will be if the supermarkets get into pharma but hey thats a bit extra.

I agree with the sentiment around the ageing population etc.

My main worry is around the very slim margins, potential new govt agreement and the debt service that is required.

I think I will invest, however I might try and wait for a pull back if the markets take a bit of a hit..
