Strikingly similar buying patterns as in October and November, followed by a sudden cessation shortly before indications of some red tape. It looks more like insider trading than anything I've seen before in GIP this decade.

it doesn't have to be. After all, Stocko (deceased?), was a ham radio fan and used to talk about picking up chat among oil drillers etc, some of whom were reporting back to HQ. There are many ways to get information and many are legal, but inaccessible to most punters in Oz. We are talking about Eritrea etc after all.
