Your right. I know of Biotechs that get to market quicker than these guys & I thought Biotechs knew how to
put a positive spin on things & bleed the shareholder dry.

I think it is time the guys are paid in performance shares depending in the market cap performance of the co.

I won't be participating in the capital raising. Share price will drop after cap raising completed.
