I think the over sensitivity is probably because they are still really children so people need extra safety to feel ok about sending thier kids somewhere to study. So I do think perhaps we should stop this foreign student rort. No real need for it. Apparently they get the same standard education in India so the bonus is permanent residency once study is complete.
