What absolute bs from a professional boadd. What no PLAN B!!!! Now a board sub committee to review strategic direction.
This should have been agreed at Board level before kick off de merger.
1st step in my opinion is talk to GROK about their proposal, review their metrics and see how best to maximise SH value.
I just do not believe AGL has not done this already. Its Board negilgence IMO
