Wow… firstly an apology to Muay and Turnstile- I thought the company couldn’t have made that simple a mistake ( or is it a deliberate misrepresentation? ).
Sure enough- in the ‘General Risks’ ( for me a note with new meaning when it comes to this company! ), page 15, 5.3 (c):
LG and any potential investor who does their homework won’t be impressed with that!
All I see is one of three things- the AUZ Board are incompetent ( almost beyond belief ), think the whole thing is a joke or that investors are incapable of reading a simple document.
I didn’t read that far because I have zero interest in investing or participating in the CR.
