    Why would you not short though? You're speaking in very certain terms? Why would you not as AVZ comes out of suspension?

    The only possible reason you'd have for not shorting (once AVZ out of suspension) is that you are scared of some sort of meteoric jump? Either that or your certainty is hyperbolic.
