fooca, I understand this is a forum for stock discussion however frequently your questions and statements are ones to be put to the company itself.
personally id imagine the extra director has to do with their self stated expansion plans… hiring someone with ESG credentials perhaps points towards Acquisition of a greenfields tenement or expansion compliance of an existing brownfields project… this company has never required someone with such experience as we have never had to set any of it up…
but why put it to discussion as you will have replys consisting of guesses! Ask the company direct mate! The answer would not be privileged information! Then if your wanting truly meaningful discussion you could say “I asked the company why they recruited an extra director, the said it was because ….”.
They would have their reasoning behind it. If you don’t share their reasoning, you would then Atleast have some sort of substance behind it. I know you say you try to add a balanced view which yes, your questions and states do float both positive and negative, but some of the questions asked could never be answered by any of us so much so, I’d almost class them Rhetorical.
In saying that, your posts take time and you do put in far more effort and substance into it, so for that I say keep it up.
in relation to Woody, he has taken issue with many of the boards decisions, acquisition of Morila, funding of Morila, fast tracking Morila instead wanting a slow approach using positive cash flow to fund ramp up , using CRs to fund Morila over debt, the JV with Ganfeng, clear issues with females joint the board… the guy Says he is “Cynical about people who make careers as ESG specialists aCynicalnd work in third world countries.” And you agree with that? Clearly ZERO understanding of how projects work in Africa…
just wait till the level of ESG involved in stage 2 LLL if they follow through with their European plans… it’s not a hot topic for LLL now due to stage 1 100% offtake already secured with a Chinese partner.

im not comparing you both though as he was clearly a serial downramper which I obviously don’t think you are… but there seems to be a fairly repetitive trend of long posts of yours, filled with question and very few answers offered up in response as they are mostly unanswerable by retail investors
