Need more details around no fab cost benefits over DRAM.
This is potentially bad news...

If I am a hyperscaler why do I invest in non market tested technology that costs as much as DRAM?
It has far less endurance so depending on the use case and application I may have to replace it more often, which eats away any energy cost benefits...

Niche applications...
Desu's 25 cent is only a "pleasant dream" comment starts to make more sense...
