I'm really stunned how someone or some group - who are funded to put out a public image - and, that image is just crucial to their survival - and, critical to them gaining power from people - people who will vote for them on what they think of them --
that the group (The Liberal Party of Oz) - and, the person - leader Dutton -
can come out and say things - that are so clearly easily used against them
for Dutton to come out with his 'vision' idea - has to be the dumbest thing one could possibly write into a speech
why - why in the name of god would you basically come out and admit that you don't have a vision, knowing that you've just been the government??
that you now think that there's a need to have one - to acquire one - and, then to deliver it to people.
All you've done is to give Labor and the other competitors a perfect bullet to fire at you in the next election campaign
so simple ---------- your competitors don't have to design it - they don't have to hone it -
all they have to do is to keep a copy of your video of your presso
and, say -------------'well, they were in power for 8 years and didn't have a vision - then, they decide that it's a good idea to have one - like everyone else'
'how could you possibly trust these people after that?'
it's got to be the dumbest thing - or near the top of the list of the 'dumbest things a politician can say'
