Agree good update. The one slight red flag I take that may impact project timeline around finance is this:

"Cyprium is also contemplating to finance the restart through a fixed income debt instrument. This may result in Cyprium initiating a series of fixed income investor meetings to explore the viability of such an instrument."

Maybe I'm being glass half empty here, but if they go this way a series of meetings, the negotiations etc. may take us past the end of June.

Hopefully it's just a bluff to let the more traditional financiers know they aren't the only option.
