What a joke, the takeover company issuing a draft to the company for their input, this BOD have 100% committed to supporting the offer regardless of outcomes so obviously will agree to anything that is in the report or otherwise they are in the doggy Pooh.
Surely under normal circumstances OUR company should get their own opposing valuations down, but of course the scheme has been so carefully worded that Pfizer are in the box seat, hang tight all shareholders and don’t forget to vote at the next AGM .
