I agree take up the SP offer of 40c and let the company ride throughout 2010. I trust they will buy some distressed assets with all this extra cash, as this is what they specialize in. Then turn the assets into a 10%pa return or turnover for good profit.
It will be a bonus if the stock is trading more than 50% up by 2011. Which is possible. Good potential growth and good income- safe bet. IMO. Stepping up as we get closer to XD, should stay above 45c- IMO after XD.
I will not be out of this stock, as for me it is the secure part of my portfolio. As a good portion of my portfolio is higher risk growth equities.
Need some stocks that a more stable and generate some sort of income. When this goes XD I expect it to drop slightly as to be expected. If it holds above 45c it will be worth taking on the 15K of shares @ 40c.
Sounds like you got them to state that they will definately be offerring the SP to all investors @ 40c...
