Just from the 2009 AGM presentation:

"The company announced on 15th October that it will be seeking shareholder approval,
prior to settlement of the mining leases we are in the process of acquiring, to change its
activities to an exploration and mining company and will issue a full form prospectus in
order to comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX listing rules. The quantum funds and
consolidation ratio under this prospectus will be announced shortly. The shareholder
meeting is expected to be held in February 2010."
