Before the offer RAP was worth much less than $100 million. The potential, possibly could be huge, but not by current numbers.
Could there be a scenario where the report mentions the company is worth less, so Pfizer have pulled all their on market buys and RAP aren't sure how to handle it yet.
IMO the board want out, even at this discounted price, hence recommending all shareholders to accept the deal.
