I am so glad to be in the minority. There's a reason most traders lose money, and most investors make mediocre returns. Can't identify and assess a brilliant opportunity if it's staring them in the face. Not surprising though, as they are conditioned to only scratch the surface and follow the "advice", and generally lack the analytical capability to properly investigate and assess the many intricate factors involved. You continue investing on an oversimplified assessment of an outdated NPV; do it.
